Impacto: Cambió la estrategia de monetización por realizar las compras en un sitio web en vez de en persona.

Cannabis store and education website

Impact: Drove the business towards online direct to consumer instead of a brick and mortar sales outlet.

Fitness studio management platform

Impact: Very minimal impact to be honest since the business was not able to move forward with design implementation. But it did change a few minor front desk procedures which reduced client wait times by a few minutes.

Guided self-learning for highschoolers

Impact: Dozens of students now have three different ideal careers to pursue, and on a scale of 0-4, 1.2 points higher level of confidence in their career future after taking the course

Community feedback and voting platform

Impact: Related to this project, at least 40 local voters have signed-up for email summaries concerning their local city council decisions. This project has not been implemented, though, so no real impact.

Fitness class purchase and signup app

Impact: Very minimal impact to be honest since the business was not able to move forward with design implementation. But it did inspire the company to produce more videos and place more artistic branding in their studio to make the videos look more aesthetically pleasing.

Impact: Reduced help emails and calls to customer service and technical support during several product configuration steps
